Erin Morgenstern, M.A.
Erin Morgenstern, M.A., serves as the Assistant Director for Leadership at Ohio University’s Career and Leadership Development Center. Erin has over 10 years of experience in student affairs and higher education with significant knowledge around student led leadership workshop facilitation and student engagement in the learning process.
While at Ohio University, Erin assisted in the implementation of two non-credit bearing certificates with over 2000 students participating annually in workshop offerings. She has also been instrumental in creating an innovative and engaging service called “Leadership Coaching” designed to help promote individual student leadership, set goals and implement articulation through structured strength based discussions.
Outside of of her role as the leadership guru at Ohio University, she has a passion for servant leadership and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad Litem Program of Athens County, Ohio, as well as the local Child Conservation League in her area. For fun, Erin loves to keep up with recent Hollywood celebrity news, listen to sci-fi podcasts, garden in the warmer months and hang out with her amazing family.
