Competency Areas

More than a catchy phrase, “Explore. Engage. Evolve” identifies the three categories for organizing the undergraduate programming/application track.  Every program is identified by the specific competency it addresses.

Definitions of the 60 Student Leadership Competencies  as identified by Dr. Corey Seemiller, assist participants in developing a common language.

The graduate student and professional development track is organized in two design tracks:  Programming and Innovation.  These "professional only" workshops are facilitated by nationally regarded researchers, practitioners and speakers.

The New Professionals Institute 2.0 Pre-Con [NPI 2.0] has been revised based upon feedback from 2018 attendees. Click below for more information.
